 High fashion hair color edition

 I have been coloring my hair now for the past 16 years. I have used many different brands to achieve the long- lasting vibrant colors .but which one is the best there are a lot of ideas of which one is the necessities to achieve the high fashion colors In this review I will be discussing the two brands manic panic and beyond the zone color jamZ . Do not forget there are a lot of factors that come into play when once decides to go with high fashion hair color one of the biggest ones is maintenance. One must ask its self am I going to have the time it takes to get to the outcome.

So I have been using for many years manic panic and I love the outcome of the color how bright long lasting and what you see in the jar is what you get for the most part without any surprises of it looks navy in the jar but comes out to be a deep purple. On one of my trips to the local sally’s beauty supply I have noticed there slowly rising the prices and starting to discontinue selling some colors so I picked up the color jamz . I mixed the two brands together in the past and got great color but now I just used the color jamz where hot hot pink by manic panic was and the outcome was not good you can see where the hot hot pink ended and the bubble gum pink started some parts didn’t even take the color I combed threw everything to make sure there is 100% saturation I have never experienced the hair color not sticking to decolorize or bleached hair before. fading of the color which is to be expected since it is a  semi-permanent hair color within 5-8 washes some people have had last for months not for my hair it washed right out within 1-4 washes and I’m now left with awesome blotchy pink gold orange hair .

So in conclusion beyond the zone versus manic panic with in mind that it is semi-permanent hair color so it will fade over time no matter what I would have to go with manic panic even with the accessibility and price changes is still worth for me and my hair type.
